ProformaFC’s model population service includes one hour of support in filling your new model with your project’s information.

In order for us to make the most out of your hour, we’ll need you to send over a copy of your projects information including:

  • Budget (Land, Soft, Hard and Financing Costs)

  • Timeline (Acquisition Date, Design & Entitlements, Construction and Sale Date)

  • Unit Information (unit type, unit count, sizes, lease rates, lease types if commercial and other ancillary unit info)

  • Operating Expenses

  • Project Capitalization (equity splits, pref’s, promotes, catch-ups, etc.)

  • Project Debt (mezzanine, construction and perm debt including term, rates, I/O periods, points, etc.)

  • Additional project information as necessary
